Track Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email — Look for a shipping confirmation email from Troffle sent to the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Find your tracking number — Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email.
  3. Visit the carrier's tracking page — Use the link in your email or go directly to the carrier's website (USPS, DHL, or your local postal service) and enter your tracking number.

Tracking Timeline

  • Processing: 1–3 business days after your order is placed
  • Shipping: 7–20 business days after processing (varies by destination and carrier)
  • Tracking updates: May take 24–48 hours to appear after your order ships

Haven't Received a Tracking Email?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder
  • Make sure the email address on your order is correct
  • Contact us at support@trofflehome.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away
