At Troffle, we want customers to feel confident shopping with us. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.
Returns:
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons. This may include personal care items, opened items, used items, or products damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trofflehome.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds:
Once a return or refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping:
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
